Kundli
A map of the sky at the exact moment and place you were born.
A kundli (also called janam kundli or birth chart) records where the Sun, Moon and planets were at the minute you were born, seen from your birthplace.
Vedic astrology reads this map to describe your nature and to time the good and hard phases of life. That is why the exact birth time and place matter: a few minutes can change it.
For example
Two people born on the same day in different cities, or a few hours apart, have different kundlis.
