Terms of Service

Guruji Knows calculates Vedic astrology charts, panchang and muhurat, and offers readings from AI astrologers. Every astrologer in Guruji Knows is an AI. Readings are for guidance and personal reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; for those, please see a qualified professional.

• You need to be at least 13 to use Guruji Knows, and 18 or over to pay.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give birth details only for yourself or for people who are happy for you to use them.

• You add money to your wallet and it pays for chat minutes and reports at the prices shown in the app.
• Chat is billed per minute while a chat is open. The rate is shown before you start.
• Wallet money can only be used inside Guruji Knows. It can't be withdrawn or transferred, and it doesn't expire while your account is open.
• If a payment is taken but your wallet isn't credited, or a report you paid for isn't delivered, write to us and we'll fix it or refund you. Other wallet top-ups are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around payments, to scrape it, or to use it for anything illegal or harmful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Readings and reports written for you are yours to keep and share. The app, website, text, designs and code belong to Guruji Knows. Planet positions come from NASA JPL's DE440 ephemeris.

We work hard to keep calculations accurate and the service running, but it is provided as it is. You decide what to do with a reading. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Unused wallet money is lost when you delete your account, so use it first.

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before important changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India. For any complaint, write to saifmd518.ms@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
