योग
Yoga (in the panchang)
One of 27 daily combinations of the Sun and Moon. Most are fine; a few are avoided for new work.
It is worked out by adding the Sun's and Moon's positions. It is not the same as the yogas in a kundli.
Vyatipata and Vaidhriti are the ones most people avoid for important beginnings; Vishkambha, Atiganda, Shula, Ganda, Vyaghata, Vajra and Parigha are also considered weak.
