Grahan dosha
The Sun or Moon in the same sign as Rahu or Ketu, like an eclipse (grahan) in the chart.
Rahu and Ketu are the points where eclipses happen. When they sit with the Sun (confidence, father) or the Moon (mind, mother), that planet is said to be 'eclipsed'.
With the Moon it is linked to worry and mood swings; with the Sun to low confidence. Meditation, mantra and charity on the planet's day are the usual remedies.

सूर्य या चंद्रमा राहु या केतु के साथ एक राशि में, जैसे कुंडली में ग्रहण।
राहु और केतु वे बिंदु हैं जहाँ ग्रहण होते हैं। ये सूर्य (आत्मविश्वास, पिता) या चंद्रमा (मन, माँ) के साथ हों तो उस ग्रह को 'ग्रहण लगा' माना जाता है।
चंद्रमा के साथ यह चिंता और मूड बदलने से, सूर्य के साथ कम आत्मविश्वास से जुड़ा है। ध्यान, मंत्र और ग्रह के दिन दान इसके आम उपाय हैं।
