Delete your account

• Open the Guruji Knows app and log in.
• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, and confirm.
• Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't use the app, write to saifmd518.ms@gmail.com from the email on your account, or tell us the phone number you log in with. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

• Your profile, birth details and every person you added.
• Your charts, chats with astrologers and reports.
• Your wallet and its balance (unused money is lost, so use it first).
• Your phone number, email, name and photo.

Records of payments (amount, date and order number) are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, usually eight years. They no longer carry your name, phone number or email.
